A light penetrating gel specially formulated for use on the delicate skin around eyes.
Directions: After cleansing, apply morning and night to outer eye area. Massage gently in a clockwise motion using ring finger. Do not drag. Reapply as needed during the day. Will not smudge or distort makeup application.
